These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Priory Dental Clinic ('the Clinic', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), located at 68 Priory Road, Kenilworth, CV8 1LQ, and your use of our website at www.priorydentalclinic.co.uk. By booking an appointment, accessing our website, or receiving treatment at Priory Dental Clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or website. Priory Dental Clinic is a private dental practice regulated by the General Dental Council (GDC). All treating clinicians are registered with the GDC.
Priory Dental Clinic provides a range of private dental services, including but not limited to:
All services are subject to a clinical assessment. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment based on clinical judgement, patient health history, or other factors relevant to patient safety.
Appointments can be booked by telephone, via our website, or in person at the Clinic. Appointment requests are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive confirmation from the Clinic.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced appointment or rescheduling to avoid disruption to other patients. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you are running late.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of routine appointments. For longer or specialist appointments (e.g. dental implants, oral surgery), 72 hours' notice may be required. Failure to provide adequate notice, or failing to attend without notice ('DNA'), may result in a cancellation fee being charged. Repeated cancellations or non-attendances may result in removal from our patient list.
We endeavour to accommodate dental emergencies as promptly as possible. Emergency assessment appointments are subject to a fixed fee. Please contact us during opening hours for emergency assistance.
Priory Dental Clinic is a fully private practice. We do not offer NHS dental treatment. All fees are charged in accordance with our current private fee schedule, which is available on request.
Before commencing any course of treatment, we will provide you with a written treatment plan and cost estimate. This estimate is based on the clinical assessment at the time and may be subject to change if unforeseen clinical circumstances arise.
Payment is required at the time of each appointment unless a separate financial arrangement has been agreed in writing with the Clinic. We accept cash, debit and credit cards. We do not accept cheques.
Subject to eligibility, interest-bearing and interest-free finance options may be available for certain treatments. These are offered through third-party finance providers and are subject to their own terms and conditions. The Clinic is not responsible for any decisions made by finance providers.
Outstanding balances must be settled promptly. The Clinic reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts and to refer unpaid debts to a third-party collections agency. In such cases, any associated costs may be added to the outstanding balance.
Before any treatment commences, we will obtain your informed consent. This involves explaining the proposed treatment, its risks and benefits, and any available alternatives. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
All treatment decisions are made in accordance with professional clinical judgement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results can vary between patients depending on individual health, oral condition, and other factors.
Where appropriate, we may refer you to a specialist or another healthcare provider. The Clinic is not responsible for the services provided by third-party specialists or referral practices.
You are required to provide accurate and complete medical and dental history information, including current medications, allergies, and relevant health conditions. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety or suitability of your treatment and may limit our liability in respect of any resulting complications.
